To reply to your question so it would benefit other users as well: the GSX Setting page indicates the actual time with 100, 200 and 500 passengers, so it should be fairly easy to see what you have to insert to obtained the desired amount of time, for example 25 minutes equals to 1500 seconds, that means 15 seconds per passenger, for 100 passengers, which is what that dialog shows.
