Will cargo work with with 737-800?

Your question is not very clear.

If with "Cargo", you mean ULD pallets than no, they don't fit in a 737-800, as in real life. Have a look at the manual which airplane (in real life and GSX too) can use ULDs and which type they use. GSX is made to reflect the reality.
