Title: Possible to STOP GSX from bringing up the fuel dialogue when Refuel is selected?

As a user of FSPax this is the interface I change fuel loads with instead of GSX, so I'd like the option of requesting the fuel truck but preventing FSX's fuel loading dialogue from opening.  Is there a way to do this?  If not, how about adding a configuration option?

where in the file do you add the refueling = 0?

There's no need to edit any file, the airplane configuration editor has the option Show FSX "Fuel and Cargo" dialog during refueling in its main dialog window.

Ok is says nothing like that in to Manual. It says to make a GSX.CFG.

You can do it in both ways, the GSX.CFG method is still valid. The option in the dialog box has been added more recently, but the manual shows a couple of screenshots of it too.
