Title: Ground roll sounds

Great scenery! There is one thing that i found: The PMDG NGX ground roll sounds do not play on FSDT CYVR, they however play on the other sceneries by FSDT. I would like to know how I can get them back, I think it may have something to do with the taxiway type in the AFCAD? Could there be a patch to address this issue? My only gripe for an otherwise excellent airport!

It might be related to the fact the whole airport is located on top of an elevated platform, because the island is modeled in 3d, but the AFCAD is entirely standard, it's difficult to say what the problem might be without knowing how the PMDG detects being on ground or not.
