It's not very clear from your screenshot where you placed the doors. And, you need to place ALL doors correctly, not just the main one.

looks in this picture do a comparison between the stairs and the GSX AES, AES of the stairs arrive at the right place and fit perfectly in the door already GSX, get a little away from the door, this setting ok with all ports detail this problem is only with the passenger doors.

This last picture it's even more confusing than the first one, and it obviously doesn't make any sense making a "comparison" with AES, if you edited the airplane wrong.
Can you please show a clear picture of the GSX EDITOR, like the first one you did at night, but in a easy to see view ?

ok ta
see if you can understand this aircraft configured correctly what happens is that the passenger stairs, do not go to the door they stop exactly at this place marked with the circle, it only happens with the wilco airbus evolution.

it only happens with the wilco airbus evolution.
In your 3rd screenshot, it seems the airplane is raised above ground. And, I see a suspicious value in your door's height, which reads 6.01 mt, which is definitely too high for an A340. The likely issue, considering it only happens with that airplane, is that it has wrong contact points and/or wrong static_cg height position, so the airplane is not resting on ground.
If you don't want to touch the airplane config file, you might just trying to guess how much the height is wrong, and lower your door by that amount, until you find the correct value when the airplane is working normally (outside the editor), since you already set the lateral and longitudinal coordinates for all doors, you only need to fix the heights and, once you find a corrective value, it will be the same for all doors so, assuming the airplane is wrong by 1 meter, just put every door 1 meter below the indicated height, and it should work.

can you give me a hint how to solve it in the aircraft.

I explained how to solve it in GSX editor, which is far easier and safer. By touching the aircraft.cfg file, you never known what might happen with the flight modeling, if you don't really know what you are doing.
