Title: Publisher is blocked...,.

I recently tried to install the FSDT LAX for FS2004.  When I try to click the .exe file to install, an error pops up saying that the publisher is blocked.  I cannot install the file.  Any help would be great!!!   Possibly certificates??

The Publisher is blocked because you blocked it, there's no other way to block a publisher other than the user.

To fix this, go to the Control Panel, under "Internet Options", look for the "Content" tab, there should be a "Publishers" button, that will list the software publishers that you trusted, and another tab with untrusted publishers. If you see "Virtuali s.a.s", remove it from both tabs (especially if it's under untrusted)
