You have posted this request THREE TIMES, one in the Screenshot section (which was of course the wrong section, so it was removed), one in the GSX section (which was the only correct one), and the 3rd time here.

You are of course being replied to in the correct section, but please stop posting multiple times the SAME question, because it will only increase our support effort without having any more chance to be answered.

AND, please upload images according to the Screenshot posting rules:

The floor of my cargo aircraft is 1.2m, but your cargo loader can be operated in 2.2m.
Any other cargo loader from GSX?

That means that airplane should use the belt loader. Which is of course configured with the editor too.

I don't think there are pallet loaders that can reach as low as 1.2 mt. in the real world. And besides, the GSX manual has a list of all airplanes that use pallet loaders in real life.

The above photo is the Fokker60 in the real world, it floor 1.2m height.

Which shows the is pallet is not the one that gets loaded by a pallet loader like the one that comes with GSX, which are called ULD, and those are what I was referring to when I've said "the GSX manual has a list of all airplanes that use pallet loaders in real life", there's a complete description about what ULDs are and which airplanes use them.

ULDs are the only kind of pallet supported by GSX, and ULD are loaded with that kind of vehicle which can't reach such low doors, and it has been modeled exactly like the real one (FMC Commander 15), and can go as low as 1,92 mt (not 2.2), and this is 100% realistic:

As you can see, the real model can be used with doors at least 1.93 meters high.

And, you can see in this video they use BELT LOADERS to load cargo on a cargo-converted Fokker 50:
