Title: FSx crashing after loading

I have gsx loaded but now evetime i try loading and running klax or kord which i bought my fsx loads to about 83% and say fsx has encounted a fatal error. I unistall both and it loads fine HELP plz not sure

Try to run FSX as Adminstrator. If it works, it's likely you have a permissions problems in your user account.

Tried that with no goood result ! I had to download the standalone addon manager and the problem went way. FSX runs fine now

Crash while Loading at 83% is nothing related to our products, because at that stage is usually loading the AIs. The scenery is loaded by the Addon Manager and Couatl AFTER FSX has entirely finished loading, after the 100%.

maybe a corrupt AI-texture (can be a paiin in the ...)

try to run LAX without AI-traffic.... if it goes past that 83% mark... work beginns finding the bugger  ???

RE: LAX Out of Memory.. I ended up having to buy a new Graphics card & new power supply for my PC because my other graphics card went bad on me.. Now my new Graphics card alot bigger than my other was & I went from having a 300W 520W power supply.. i went from having 1024MB graphics to a 1 GB graphics card by Nvidia, You think by having a bigger graphics card now, maybe I won't encounter that out of memory error at LAX now ??

Do you use a 32 bit OS ? If yes, that's normal, because the video card VRAM will reduce the system RAM, since a 32 bit OS can't address more than 4GB in total, including all expansion boards.

 ??? 1024MB is just 1GB - so maybe you upgraded in means of GPU POWER but not in RAM

but Virtuali is right - LAX and maybe a bit of AI and a complex Airliner, and some addon outside FSX - could be a notch to hard on 32bit
