Title: Any way to make Marshaller stand out more?

I've noticed when pulling into a remote stand at night, it can be very very difficult to see the marshaller. Is there any way to make his wands brighter or larger?

They are already at the maximum possible brightness, and they must of course be of the correct real-life size, otherwise they won't fit in the marshaller's hands, and the whole animation would be screwed up.
