I have a problem with starting FSX.
Since installing GSX ago this crash problem.
I uninstalled GSX problem and more!
I uninstalled all my FSX + addons complete and reinstalled same problem ....
Once I installed FSUIPC, I would say if this solves the problem

This is not a bglmanx.dll "bug", if anything, it's an FSX bug that sometimes happens randomly with every module from any publisher.
Check all the following:
- You don't have any "compatibility mode" for FSX.EXE enabled. Right-click on FSX.EXE, select "Properties", select "Compatibility" and be sure nothing is checked on that page, which is how FSX defaults to.
- Try a Windows reboot. Launch FSX again, ALLOW the module to run, even if FSX says it might cause problems, and even if FSX crashes. Try a couple of times, and if it doesn't work, reboot Windows again and try again.

I have had this problem so many times with GSX, I have now given up and uninstalled it. Shame, as it's a good product, although the only thing I have installed that gives me continual problems.
All the best,
Steve

Try running fsx under admin rights.
If you dont know how, just right click the fsx icon and select run as administrator.
Im not guaranteeing anything but just try
