Title: Couatl in task manager but not running in FSX

I have even tried re-installing GSX but no luck any ideas??

Have you tried downloading and installing the latest standalone manager from the FSDT website?

I find doing this resolves 100% of any issues I have.

Be sure it's not running from a previous session and has been "stuck" there, so there will be no menu on the next FSX launch. This can be verified by killing the Couatl.exe process with the Task manager and launch FSX again.

It looks like it was stuck there from last time , just killed the process it seemed to work ! I'm a new customer to FSTD so i was lost . How often is GSX Updated ?

There's an update notification system inside GSX, have a look at the manual, the last pages. You can also check the release history from within GSX, to get an idea how often we update it (roughly every 2 weeks)
