So I bought GSX and put it on my computer, working perfect, then the next day my dad surprised me with a new computer, and so I put it on there, and I installed it, I had FSX SP1+2 installed, FSUPIC4 installed, then GSX installed. I open up FSX, the Cuatl isnt in the Addons menu, but I activated GSX through the Addon Manager, and it says actovated. So I ran the Cuatl updater through the fsdreamteam folder, and then the Coutl was there, and GSX is working, but then I have no marshaller, and sometimes the baggage truck is there, but the carts are. Also I seem only to be able to get the cargo loaders, not the belts, I don't now if thats an error or not. Lastly, the Catering trucks do not appear, it says "Waiting for your action to open service doors" but the trucks are not visible. I am using the Captainsim 767-300

forgot to add I am using Windows XP, FSX SP1+2, FSUPIC4, at KSFO default scenery, and that if I restart the Cuatl, every few times the baggage trucks will appear, but the problem above still happens most of the time

Your dad actually found a brand new computer with Windows XP? ???

There wasn't probably any need to run the Couatl updater (unless you were prompted to do so, because you used an older GSX installer), it's likely that simply exiting from FSX and entering it again fixed the problem, sometimes a newly trusted module doesn't run on the first FSX launch.

Invisible objects are never a GSX problem, but an indication os a problem with your video card or a problem with FSX settings. Try to reset all your video card settings to default and/or update your video driver. Or, try resetting the FSX settings, by removing the FSX.CFG file located at %APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX.
Or, try to use the tool on this web page, to create an optimized FSX.CFG

the computer is not new, it is a few years old, his work bought 20 computers from an auction, and they didn't need all of them so he gave me this one. and my dad updated the drivers and the bagage trucks are still invisable and so is the marshaller and catering truck and the pushback tug is invisable too
I also reset my fsx.cfg and still the problem persists, Its so frustrating because it worked on my previous computer, and now it isnt working on my new one

At least you know it's not a GSX problem...
Have you tried to use the web site I've posted ? This should create an optimized FSX.CFG for your system, which might work better than the default one.

That did not fix anything, do you think it may because I have Windows XP? I was using Windows 7 32 bit on my other computer

I don't know, we don't test anything under XP anymore: it's an 11 years old OS, it's possible the video driver (because, as I've said, the problem is caused by a video driver problem and NOT by GSX) you use has a problem in XP only.

my guess would be its XP, because it worked great on my Windows 7, I was planning on getting Windows 7 64 for it, just need to wait and get it

Wouldn't it just be easier to go back to a computer you know works? ;D

GSX with XP sp3 works like a charm ! No problem at all !

my old computer is horrible, I could barely get 20 frames on medium low, my new computer I can get 30 frames on ultra high with 25 percent air traffic, with the Captainsim 767
