Title: UPDATES ?

When starting FSX and getting the GSX option to download "Updates", will all my other Fsdt installed sceneries be checked and updated automatically?

No, sceneries can't be updated with FSX running. Would be nice, though.   ;)

Exactly, the minor update ( while FSX is running ) can't update sceneries reliably. The major update does, because it's installed by the Stand-Alone Addon Manager which runs with FSX closed, and will automatically update sceneries, usually their AFCADs, but not only.
