Title: Startleiste im Cokpit.

Before starting the F-18 Hornet in the lesson Flugzeugträger in the german version of FSX acceleration a voice “ ziehen Sie in Cockpit die Startleiste nach unten !
What does this mean, I cannot find any Startleiste in cockpit!
Samebody can help ?

I don't really speak German, but it sounds like an instruction to lower the F18's Launch Bar in preparation for a catapult shot.

The hotkey is "Shift + U".

The attached picture shows the location of the switch in the cockpit.

Is in F-18 hornet an idication the hot keys shift U, I and Q are activated ?

Take a look at the attached pictures, Andy.

In the cockpit, you will be able to see the "on" and "off" positions for the Tailhook (Shift+Q) and the Launch Bar (Shift+U).

There is no indicator inside the cockpit to show that you are successfully hooked up to the catapult shuttle . You will have to go to an outside view to see if you are in the correct position to engage the Launch Bar (Shift+I) with the shuttle. Your front wheels have to be inside the box marked on the deck for the Launch Bar to engage.
