Title: NO AI Pushbacks with GSX at FSDTKFLL...???

When using GSX I noticed that all my default AI aircraft no longer have pushback vehicles shown when leaving the Gates.  They backup now on their own with no Pushback vehicle...

How do I get my AI ac default pushback vehicles to work again?

Probably because GSX patches the default vehicles to remove them from your parking spot.  They are globally used.

GSX disables the default Pushback truck.

You can restore it by copying the vehicles_airport.gsx file to vehicles_airport.bgl in the Scenery\Global\Scenery folder. This will restore the default Pushback truck, but you'll then have both trucks, which might result in visual conflicts depending on the scenery.
