Hello,
There is no person in sight.
Example: baggage move all alone, service carts move all alone.

Not a problem of the program, you must have some FSX graphic setting wrong, or an FSX tweak wrong. First be sure you have the "Advanced Animations" option set, and if still doesn't work, try to reset your FSX.CFG file, removing the file located at:

%APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX\FSX.CFG

this will force FSX to create a new one with all default settings.
