Title: GSX not working within FSX

I am not able to call up GSX within FSX by pressing the Ctrl-F12 keys. When pressing these, the menu does not appear.

I have "Addon Manager" and "Couati powered products" under my addons. However under Couati powered products, I only have "key mappings."
"Restart Couati" and "check live updates" are missing.

I have only recently purchased GSX Ground Services and have been using it for a few days.

Can anybody explain why this has happened and shound I uninstall and reinstall GSX Ground Services"?  :'(

No I don't use IVAP.

I have uninstalled GSX and reinstalled and now is working. It may have been from scenery that I added as I have been putting a lot of scenery into FSX
