Title: Does GSX have to regenerate each time I load FSX?

I am a long time fan and user of FSDT products. I am trying out the GSX demo, but I find it disconcerting that each time I start FSX, GSX goes through a long and laborious re-generation of files. Can that be skipped in any way?

It doesn't. It should happen only when you change something in the Scenery Library.
