Title: Lost luggage

Now I know why the airlines lose my luggage.  It seems that whenever the baggage wagon delivers the luggage to my aircraft,  they leave 3 bags in each cart after they deliver bags to the plane.

In a future version, could we have the baggage handlers completely empty the cart instead of leaving bags behind?  On the flip side, when they come to retrieve luggage I think it would be better if the carts started empty.

maybe  the bags  were  for  another airraft ;D
