Title: unproper uninstallation problems

After uninstalling the trial version the FSDreamTeam Tab is still active in the main menu bar of FS9 (that's not nice).
How can I properly remove this entry from the menu bar? Thanks!

Remove on yourfs\modules the file named bglman.dll and bglman.dat
