I've checked the couatl updater right now, and it works without errors. Are you running some kind of software firewall ? You might have to grant permission to go online to the Couatl_updater.exe file.

YES I have bullguard and in my firewall rules couatl scripting engine for fsx/esp "Allow"

So does it work now ? If it doesn't, it can only mean you haven't configured the firewall correctly, or your internet connection is really down.
The updater runs on two mirrors at the same time, it's very unlikely both could be down simultaneously, and they are both up now.
-
Still can not download live updates ,what is the mirror site ?
-
Both mirrors are handled automatically by the program, and they are both working fine, the problem can only be on your side, most likely a firewall.
-
I have turn off my firewall and still can not update.
if I uninstall and re install will I get the updates?
-
If you can't access those servers with the updater, they won't likely work with the installer, since they are the same. You are still probably have some other product blocking the connection. Nobody else has this issue.
