Title: Microsoft Flight starting Beta soon!
Post by: Silverbird on December 02, 2011, 04:04:50 pm: Hi all this has been posted around some websites but I like to post it here in case anyone hasn't seen it yet I did mentioned in other topic that when we heard of ms flight it was in alpha stage now its finally at its beta stage soon. you can try to apply for beta good luck. here's when I mentioned about it being at alpha stage http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=4553.msg42525#msg42525

Aerofly is definitely not a competitor. From their website:

An RC simulator is completely different. I fly RC planes myself; it is not in the slightest way related to what I do in FSX, except that they both involve flying airplanes.

Very true, X-Plane 10 is really pushing into the market now. I did sign up for the beta, however, I was fairly surprised they didn't ask any questions at all about former testing experience, how much time you have to beta test, ect.
