Post by: PUP4ORD on May 26, 2011, 04:55:10 pm
My new video features United Airlines and their Hubs.....To start with SFO X and will end with ORD X with a few United Aircraft in there. :)

Why is it lacking so much? Your FPS must be 10 to 15 right?

You mean a lag in some spots?! Yes there's some. But as for the FPS I'm not sure. :-\

Your lag is actually quite severe.  To see your FPS, just hit Shift-Z twice and it will be in red text, top right.  I'd imagine your's are around 10, which especially for a video, is brutal.  Perhaps that's why your takeoffs are far too steep in degrees you point the nose upward?  It lags and you over-correct?

I should clear up one thing, Normally I do rotate through Shift-Z to check the FPS and other things which I'll do the next time I start FSX up.

It's lagging a little bit more than usual because he loaded that window spanning the outside view of the aircraft. This can cause it to be slower/ lag more.
