Title: Fuel system
Post by: wilycoyote4 on May 19, 2011, 09:55:37 pm
I'm confused, I mean more than usual, about the fuel system.  In the red box on the VC screeny below is a fuel switch.
How does it function?  Do all settings work?
It does move.
Can I transfer fuel?

If this is covered elsewhere, please direct me.

That switch it's used to select what indication you'll see on the *analog* fuel indicator which is just above it.

Ah, yes, sorry, I did figure that out, but failed to state it in the 1st post of this thread.

Perhaps I should ask if fuel can be transferred from one tank to another?  Or if a tank can be selected or if all tanks drain equally whether by engine burn or dump?

So far, I'll test, although is this has been covered elsewhere?

Interesting. The Fuel problem + the Flight Plan problem

Personally i'm using a external program, the CockpitStatus from Intrasystem.
http://www.intrasystem.it/FSX/FSX.html

A part of all important Cockpit-Data there are several useful features like the FUEL System and FlightPlan transfer
for any airplane. (no FPS impact)
