Title: KC-135T will never depart

hey, i downloaded the KC-135T, copied the traffic file, and put my plane in san diego. i can see the kc135t on the gate, but it will never depart. i waited like 10 minutes for each of the 24 hours, and it just simply wont move.
whats wrong?
