Title: BWI - Baltimore Washington International
Post by: andrewblan on December 31, 2010, 09:00:08 pm
Hello,

I thought I'd post this here to see what you guys think.  I wanted show some work in progress shots of BWI-Baltimore Washington International Airport Which has not gotten any flight sim treatment. The screenshots are below, and keep in mind that they are much WIP, so things will change. I want to know how you like it, and also what can be done to improve it.

I have started from the back of the airport, so I can work my way up towards the main terminal.

I value everyone's opinion on this so even if you are not a developer please comment.
Please let me know the interest you have in BWI, or if I should stop right here before I get too far ahead.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks
Andrew

I believe that for AES support, you have to email the scenery files to Oliver (from AES) and he will look into adding AES to the airport during the next AES update... I might be mistaken though.

Don't want to promise a release date yet; you know what happens when others do so :-) I will do some research on the aes support. Sounds interesting. More screenshots included below...

Looking good so far.  Regarding AES, Oliver wrote some brief instructions here (http://www.forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?showtopic=35250) regarding getting the scenery ready though if you email him I'm sure he'll be happy to help.

Any progress on this?  KBWI has to be one of the most overlooked airports in all of simdom. :(
