When i open FSX i am getting a message saying this program requires a security key. When i click ok another box opens up with my hardware fingerprint number and spaces to enter name and password. Any ideas what is going on? By the way i can still use FSX if i hit cancel real fast if i dont then it does not load correctly and i have to start all over and reopen.
Thanks
Jeff

Which program ? FSX itself ?
In any case, it's nothing related to anything of our products because, if it was (for example, if you lost the registration for a scenery) it would clearly said which scenery needed a reactivation, and it wouldn't ask for name/password, since our registration doesn't use that info at all.
Be careful, because something that asks for name/password, could be something dangerous, like a trojan virus.

Its happening when i open FSX. When the second box opens if i dont hit cancel real fast then when FSX opens up it doesnt load the aircraft on the free flight screen its just black and if i try to start a flight anyways FSX shuts down.
