Kalmar Motor AB creates fully electric and diesel powered towbarless pushback tractors, many variants of which can be seen commonly across many airports in especially northern europe but also places like Germany and the Netherlands, it would be really nice to have these.
If you'd want to make only 1, I would suggest going with the TBL190 as it is the most versatile of the bunch being able to move anything from a Fokker F70 or E170 all the way to B777s, A350s, A340s etc.
And if you also want to cater to the regional aircraft community flying the likes of ATRs, CRJs or Avros, I could suggest the TBL 50 which can move basically anything up the E170s.
