Title: GSX Menu Slow or Not Opening on airports with replaced jetways

Hi. I'm on P3Dv4.5 with the latest GSX update. I've noticed this for a while, but my third-party addons after replacing jetways using an exclude, the GSX menu still won't open when I'm at a jetway gate. Occasionally, I can get it to if I click really hard on it then the orange cones will spawn, but the services won't budge. Airports that have native sode jetways I have no problem, GSX menu loads fast and I can operate jetways. However not the case with GSX replaced jetways.
