Title: Terrible support

I've posted on the forum and discord concerning a problem I am experiencing and absolutely NO help has been forthcoming. What must I do to resolve my problem of GSX no longer loading?

First, you should NOT expect any support on Discord other than what is offered by other users. We don't have a Discord channel, the GSX channel on Discord you might have seen is a Community channel, is not run or owned by FSDT, and we never advertised to offer support on Discord anywhere. I sometimes go there to get a feel what users talk about and sometimes I help users when I have time, but it's not to be expected I'm just a regular user there.

About your problem:

GSX Manual Page 98 has a chapter dedicated to the most common reasons why the menu is not loading, called GSX Toolbar menu stuck on Loading, this is assuming the Couatl engine HAS started.

If the Couatl engine hasn't started, the page of the manual to look for is 96, the start of the Troubleshooting chapter.

Support here is not much better. Postet two problems the last days and got no reasonable answers.
