Title: Installation issues

Dear Sirs,

I hope my message finds all well.
I am a real-life airbus driver, crazy enough to fly A320 in sim too (MSFS2020 + Fenix A320).

Enjoyed GSX for a long time, it stopped updating and working altogether.

Re-initialized my PC from scratch, formatted everything....installed everything back...GSX still would not install properly.
I see the couatl routine in the task manager, but the software is not really installed....installer is useless.

Tried to email to the developers, email address wrong, mailer daemon received.

Is there a way to either:

• get some help from one kind and expert souls here?
  get some sort of contact with the developers?

- Run an update CHECK with the FSDT installer

- If that doesn't work, install the Offline installer

- If that still doesn't works, run another update CHECK again after you installed the offline installer.

- If that still doesn't work, try updating using a VPN software.

I do confirm the problem was about the internet connection.
Used a VPN and everything went smoothly.
