Post by: agutz on November 22, 2025, 12:51:47 pm

Then the message given in the title.
Anything wrong with my setup?
Cheers Andreas

You haven't said much about your setup. Like the sim used.

Similar problem here: The GSX menu does not start at all after making the update to GSX pro 3.7.2 this morning.

Sim is MSFS2020, everything updated to current status. Observation was made at default and payware airports.

My problem has been solved with the new version 3.7.3, GSX pro starts and works like it should.
Thank you very much!

I am getting this same message. Using MSFS 2024 (v1.6.31 beta) and GSX 3.7.3 - it might appear later (doesn't specify which year!!!!) I have waited 15 minutes and nothing happened. I have unistalled and installed GSX twice but no luck.  Some times when I start GSX I get the message "departure clearance requested" and then nothing further happens.
Suggestions please.

GSX Manual Page 98 has a chapter dedicated to the most common reasons why the menu is not loading, called GSX Toolbar menu stuck on Loading, this is assuming the Couatl engine HAS started.

If the Couatl engine hasn't started, the page of the manual to look for is 96, the start of the Troubleshooting chapter.
