Title: cant update

I’ve already force-updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and cycled the entire process end-to-end. On reinstall, the application never actually deploys it just loops back to the Install state with no progression.

What’s the recommended next step to move this forward? I need a path to resolution so I can re-establish a stable build environment.

Download Install the Offline installer and Install with that one.
