Title: Crew Characters feet not appearing as they board the plane

Hello there.

 Recently when I’m boarding the crew in the PMDG 777-300ER, I noticed that their feet aren’t visible after they are in the plane . What causes that. I’m not sure how to fix it.
Can you please reply and let me
Know how to fix this?

Do you mean after boarding completed, or during boarding ?
