After reading through the forum and trying to figure out solutions for weeks I am quite frustrated now. I fly the FENIX models and GSXpro NEVER works properly. I did all the settings, I keep restarting this couatl thing, I check and uncheck the boxes but still sometimes I see passengers, sometimes they are flying on board since there are no jetways or stairs visible. Sometimes the caterer is flying as well, mostly in funny pink colours.
I paid for this product so I expect a proper functionality. I do accept problems from time to time and I do see that the compatibility with FS2024 is an issue but all this malfunction for months and months is inacceptable.
Please give me proper and simple instructions to get this sorted out. Other addons work fine, even the free ones.

btw - the link to the "complete manual" leads to a 404. What is going on?

the link to the pdf works fine at my end, with the seated pax try this untick the pax option close the installer and than open it up again and tick them again works for me. If all fails try downloading the offline installer once done run the live update
