I purchased GSX PRO and installed it on MSFS 2020, but there was this error at startup. Kaspersky anti-virus used to be installed, but after that I turned it off and reinstalled the add-on several times, but the error remains. There is a Windows 11 operating system. I am attaching the error log, as well as a photo of the error itself. Can you tell me what to do about it? I've been suffering for over a day now. From your log, I can see your don't have the latest update, which might as well caused by the antivirus. We never suggested to turn it off but, instead, configure it to add the entire Addon Manager folder ( C:/Program Files (x86)/Addon Manager ) to its EXCLUSIONS.
After you do that, run another update CHECK, so that files that might have been blocked can be updated. If you still have the same version, try the Offline Installer.
