Hello, please I need help, I wonder why there are no visible passengers in the cabin while boarding. I see the boarding procedure but they disappear.

GSX Manual, Page 98, has a list of all possible issue related to missing passengers. Since you haven't provided any information about which simulator you use and which airplane you use, it's impossible to say more.
