Title: Windows 11

I've been using Windows 10 but I just installed Windows 11 on a new ssd, not just upgraded to Windows 11.
I'm having to re-install everything including MSFS2020 and all addons.  I tried to install GSXPRO but when I entered my license key it said all available licenses have already been used.  I tried getting my keys emailed again but they still didn't work.

I also have KCLT and KORD but those keys don't work either.  I also sent and email to support@virtualisoftware.com but I haven't heard back from them either.  Guess they are really busy.

You can Deactivate existing licenses on the Self-Help site, even if a PC is no longer in use.

About us supposedly not replying by email, the only email we received from your email (after the previous one in 2022), was just yesterday in the middle of the night (12:55 AM our time) and, of course, it has been replied to now, so well under 8 hours.
