Why is my jetway not moving all the way to the door at Gaya Simulations LOWW? I have it installed on two computers, one for the main view ane the other for the left and right views. It is working okay on the second computer but not my main MSFS 2020 computer. Same aircraft.

As explained so many times, GSX in MSFS 2020/2024 has no control whatsoever on the Jetway movement. They are controlled entirely by the simulator, and the ONLY thing that affects if they connect correctly or not are:
- How the jetway is modeled
- How the Jetway is placed (location and rotation) in the scenery
- How your airplane is parked in relationship with the jetway
About the last point, it MIGHT be possible by setting the GSX custom STOP position, to find a location where the jetway might connected better, that's the only limited and indirect control GSX has over how a jetway could work, but that's not guaranteed to work and it's surely not guaranteed that, an eventual better position that would make the jetway work would then match the airport ground markings for that airplane type, because it all depends how the scenery has been made.
Now, with two separate PCs for the views, the whole thing becomes immensely way more complex, because you would need to be sure that *everything* is completely identical in both cases but again, is completely outside of the scope of GSX: the only case where GSX *might* (keyword = "might") improve the jetway solving, is a GSX custom profile that would affect the parking position suggested by GSX.
And note that, the GSX parking position will normally be used ONLY on arrival ( assuming you follow a GSX Marshaller or Docking System when parking ), it won't be used when starting a flight UNLESS you enable the Automated reposition option in the Settings, which will reposition the airplane automatically to the GSX-suggested position after starting a flight.
