Title: Accidentally Purchased FSX GSX instead of GSX Pro (MSFS)- Requesting for swap

Hello,
I hope this finds you well. I recently purchased GSX but accidentally bought the FSX/P3D version instead of GSX Pro for MSFS. The layout of the website made it unclear which version was which, and I thought I was purchasing the MSFS-compatible version.

Since I do not own FSX/P3D, the product I bought is completely unusable for me. Could you please transfer my license to GSX Pro for MSFS instead? I’m not asking for a refund, only for a product swap, as I genuinely intended to buy GSX Pro.

best bet is to send a support ticket in for this issues

Questions about orders should never be made on the public forum. Emailing to support with the problem will solve the issue. Be aware email support doesn't work during weekends, but you WILL be replied to.
