Hello everyone, I installed MSFS 2024 on my PC a few days ago while still keeping MSFS 2020. Why does the FSDT Installer screen appear completely empty when I select the 2024 version? Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

its normal for msfs2024 to be empty unlike msfs 2020

Ok, but How do I enable or disable the Jatway of the external scenarios I purchased?

quote from umberto from a simliar question in a earlier thread post
If you have only MSFS 2024, the FSDT Installer will automatically disable all GSX replacement jetway files, because they are not compatible with MSFS 2024 so, if you have only MSFS 2024 installed, check again if they have been in fact Disabled and if they haven't, put all jetway replacement files and all airport service files on the Disabled side and select Apply.
If you have both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024, you will be ASKED if you want to disable jetways and airport services, because doing this will affect both simulators. But it's not if you have any choice: if you use MSFS 2024, you must disable them all.
Those files are the only possible reason why GSX might affect jetways.
Another reason why jetways don't work, which doesn't have anything to do with GSX, is the presence of an Helipad nearby. There's a known bug (which dates MSFS 2020 and hasn't been fixed in 2024) that helipads close to a terminal will prevent jetways to work. The only solution is to edit the airport and explicitly disable the helipad.

I don't think you understood what that page is for. Is not to "Enable" 3rd party jetways. Is to PROTECT 3rd party jetways from being Disabled by GSX replacement jetways, because those are only supposed to be used on default airports, so if you don't disable GSX jetways on those airports, you'll see double jetways and/or not working jetways as well.
But, since in MSFS 2024 there's NO GSX replacement jetways (they are not even installed), there's just nothing you need to protect 3rd party jetways from, so the page is empty, as also explained in the orange text in the screenshot you posted, which is there to confirm it's normal the page is empty in MSFS 2024.
