Hello,
I'm using FSX and I'm having a problem with GSX FSDT. Until yesterday, this add-on was working normally.
During a flight, FSX crashed. I restarted it, and the GSX FSDT add-on no longer appears in the top "Add-ons" bar.
I got a message:
"The addon <no traceback available> is causing the couatl scripting engine to restart. Please run a live update."
I did that, but no results.
Thank you for your help.

I also have this message
problem raised by addon <no traceback available>
[00:01:36.328] UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xe9 in position 57: invalid continuation byte
Fsdt appears in supplements at the start but disappears immediately in Supplements
Thank you for your help

Hello, I'm back with you again because I still can't install GSX level 2.
When I launch FSX, I get several messages:
Scenery.cfg file error. Local scenery directory (D:\addon manager\Fsdreamteam\Excludes\Scenery) not found in scenery Area 124, 139, 140, 169, 170.
Then, when FSX starts, I get the following message:
The addon <unknown> is causing the couatl scripting engine to restart. Please run live update.
I've re-run live update, but to no avail.
I've uninstalled and re-installed GSX twice, but it doesn't work and doesn't appear in the add-ons bar.
Please, if anyone can help me, thank you in advance.

I have the same problem, I find it strange when things that were normal before stop working

No special chars here in the user name itself, my system language is PT-BR, it a suddenly stop today, early in the day was working fine, no changes in the sim and no updates from MS listed on my side, i can try to install it on a fresh machine, i deleted all Virtuali folders from AppData and ProgramData and tried a clean install, and cleared all P3D settings by moving all settings folders from AppData and ProgramData and the addons from the docs folder, but also to no avail.

Always post your actual error log, to confirm your problem is the same as the OP reported, which has been fixed in the previous update.

Problem solved by installing gsx from C:\My Documents < GSX_installer < gsx_fsx_setup2
