Title: Lost GSX Pro License – Can't Recover via FastSpring

Hi, I purchased GSX Pro via FastSpring on Dec 25, 2024, and recently reset Windows. I’ve lost my key and tried the FastSpring order lookup using the email tied to my PayPal (receipt and transaction ID available). I never received an email response.

I also had to wait 3 weeks for forum access, so I’ve been completely locked out of using a product I paid for.

Can someone from the team please help me recover my license?
I’m happy to provide the PayPal transaction ID and purchase email via PM.

Losing access to a paid product like GSXPro can be very frustrating.
