Title: Unable to update to version 3.60 OR 3.61

Process starts, I see " updating ENRB files", then it closes with no further action. I'm still on 3.59.

Yes, I have the same issue,Unable to update,I uninstalled and reinstalled it,and the same thing happened！

Same here. The Installer is displaying the attached error.
