Title: Window "Add on is out of date" appearing after loading P3D
Post by: gd212erb on July 16, 2025, 10:30:23 pm
Dear All,

Every time I start P3D v5, a window appears after loading (see screenshot). This window shows up for every product I do not own. After I close all windows, my browser automatically opens and loads the following website:

https://www.fsdreamteam.com/sa-addon-manager

Which, as I can see, no longer exists.

Is there a solution or workaround for this? Running FSDT LiveUpdate doesn't fix the problem.

However, all add-ons work perfectly thereafter - it is just annoying. :D

Many thanks and best regards,
Daniel

That page comes out only if there's an error, so it might be worth checking your error log, which would indicate what the error is.

Hello Umberto,

Many thanks for your reply.

I have attached my .log file for you. Maybe you can already recognize a problem?

I also have the problem that GSX only ever uses loaders with FS-Labs - no belts, as actually specified in the gsx.cfg.

Many thanks and kind regards,
Daniel

Your log confirm the problem I suspected: you don't have the latest update, because your version of the couatl .exe is 5972, while the current one for P3D V5 is 5983, so you are several versions behind.

- Run an update CHECK again in the FSDT Installer

- If that doesn't work, download and install the OFFLINE installer and just run it.

Dear Umberto,

Thank you very much — that solved my problems. Previously, I had only been running the updater “Couatl_Updater2.exe”.

Best regards,
Daniel
