Title: KSDF cargo loader animation problem

The animation of the main deck cargo loader at the KSDF worldport spots has a problem getting cargo into the TFDi MD-11F--the pallets are lifted by the lower lift, and then when it reaches it's upper limit (about 1m below the upper lift), the pallet then levitates up and floats in midair over to the upper lift, rather than having the upper lift come down to accept the pallet and then lift to the aircraft door.

The loaders work properly at other airports--this appears to be something specific to the Louisville worldport spots.

I've noticed this happening in the last few GSX versions.
