Title: GSX Pushback Tug
Post by: TrentMax78 on July 03, 2025, 02:00:11 pm
Hi, I've noticed that the pushback tug raises the nose gear during pushback which isn't realistic? Is there anyway to update this compared to real life?

You can turn it off in the settings.

Not true. It depends on the type of tug.

Conventional tugs use a towbar, which if in use keeps the nosewheel on the ground.

Towbarless Tugs will 'scoop' up the nose gear and lift it a few feet in the air. So it is realistic behaviour.

A TOWBARLESS pushback tug DOES raise the airplane nose gear in real life, and that's the only kind in GSX that does that.
