Title: GSX Missing Operator - Air New Zealand

Not sure if this is a recent change or what, but I noticed that Air New Zealand (ANZ) has been removed as a handler in GSX; Air New Zealand Cargo is still there though, oddly.

That's strange, it has been there for ages, we'll fix it.
