Title: GSX Reactivation

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I had to reset my PC and with that also my GSX. As I wanted to reactivate GSX again on the new PC, I got the problem that GSX is still active on the old PC.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

If with "the old PC", you mean you only activated once, you still have several activations left, so you just reactivate and it will work.

But even if you consumed all your activations (and you'll see a very clear message from the installer if that was the case), the Self-Help site on the FAQ page also have a way to deactivate a previous license, even if you no longer have the original PC available.

So I tried to deactivate my license key, the system tells me that I need a specific computer ID which I obviously dont have anymore.

Also it looks like I already used all my activations

Which is why, the Self-Help site also have a "Licence Information" page, where you can obtain all computer IDs that were previously used to activate.
