I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I need some help please?
I Love GSX PRO.
I look forward seeing my passengers taking their seats and a seeing a full cabin.
However, since the latest PMDG 777W MSFS 2024 Update this last Friday, 06/13/2025, all of the sudden, the GSX passengers aboard the plane don't take their seats the way they used to do with MSFS 2020 PMDG 777W. They simply walk on board and go thru the Galley disappearing thereafter. It's sad for me to see that. I tried to uninstall and re-install both programs (GSX-PRO and the new PMDG 777W for MSFS 2024). Is there anything else that can be done? I tried to register your GSX PRO forum to see if anyone else is having the same issue but I'm still waiting for your approval to be able to log in and research. I truly would love to see my passengers taking their seats again.

since the latest PMDG 777W MSFS 2024 Update this last Friday,
That's to be expected. Before the 2024 update, you were using the 2020 version of the airplane in 2024 using backward compatibility mode. After the PMDG update for 2024, the airplane has become a native 2024 model, and at this time, no native 2024 airplane is supported in the installer.
